06/10/2026 · Education in Lam Dong
Di Linh held digital-literacy training on 2 October 2026 for local personnel and community technology teams from 23 villages.
Topics covered digital devices and services, iOffice document handling and online public services, with practical work intended to support later guidance for residents.
An educational perspective
Knowing an application's name is different from completing a task. Learners need to try, identify obstacles and repeat actions on their own device. Observing instead of taking over helps a facilitator understand where support is needed.
A community session could begin with finding information or saving a sample document. Explain the goal, demonstrate slowly and let learners repeat using sample data. Avoid taking over passwords. These are learning suggestions, not an iOffice manual or an administrative procedure.
