On 10 September 2026, the provincial association awarded 50 scholarships of VND 1 million each: 10 for graduation-exam achievement and 40 for hardship.
Tôn Thị Ngọc Hạnh separately gave 10 awards of the same value to successful Nguyễn Chí Thanh specialist-school entrants. The programme also addressed online fraud awareness.
An educational perspective
Financial support and digital participation can meet in everyday education. Beyond counting awards, a useful question is whether help addresses the learner's actual circumstances and supports continued participation.
Follow-up conversations could ask privately about materials, travel or access to someone who can help. Respectful discussion need not require a public account of hardship. This is a perspective on sustained support, not a new scholarship application announcement.
