Bắc Gia Nghĩa develops community learning models

Bắc Gia Nghĩa held its first study-promotion congress on 22 April 2026 for the 2026–2031 term. It had 740 members and 32 neighbourhood and school branches.

The congress set membership and funding goals, supported community learning models and included 30 scholarships for disadvantaged pupils.

An educational perspective

A learning network matters when people know where to ask for skills, guidance or educational support. Clear coordination makes a broad network usable. Named models alone do not tell a learner how to participate.

Organisers can ask who an activity serves, how needs were identified and what participants report afterwards. This separates intended goals from demonstrated results. The term's targets concern Bắc Gia Nghĩa and should not be read as completed outcomes elsewhere.
