Lam Dong scheduled an English survey for 8,561 teachers at 55 locations on 9–11 July 2026. Eligible public-school teachers self-assessed at levels 2–4; English teachers were excluded.
The free computer-based survey covered four skills and informed development plans rather than teacher evaluation.
An educational perspective
A useful assessment identifies which skill needs attention. Reading a document, understanding a conversation and explaining an idea can present different difficulties. Development goals should connect with tasks a learner wants to perform.
Independent learners might try a short instruction text or a brief description of a classroom activity, note difficulties and choose relevant practice. Saved work can show change over time. These suggestions are not survey questions or official assessment criteria.
